Our minimum is 12 pieces. For anything under 24 we usually recommend direct-to-film transfers, known as DTF, which suit smaller runs and full-color designs and avoid the screen setup that makes short screen printing runs expensive. From 24 up, screen printing is normally the better value. Tell us the quantity and we will tell you which method makes sense rather than pushing you to order more than you need.
Yes, and this is the part worth knowing. We keep your artwork, colors, garment and print positions on file after the first order, so a reorder is usually one email with a size and a quantity. There is no setup fee on repeats. Even a single shirt for a new starter.

Both. Embroidery suits polos, hats and outerwear and gives a more formal finish that lasts. Screen printing is better for larger designs, more colors and a lower cost per piece. We will recommend whichever fits the garment and the impression you want to make.
