For bulk pricing, 100 pieces. That can be a mix of sizes and a mix of garment colors, as long as the print design stays the same. We do print smaller runs, though: screen printing starts at 24, and below that we use direct-to-film transfers, known as DTF, which start at 12. Ask if your order is smaller and we will price it properly rather than turning you away.
The tiers above are for a one color front print on a standard cotton tee. Heavier garments, performance fabrics, extra print colors and additional print locations all move the number, and we quote those with your order. Artwork setup is included either way.

Yes. Multiple colors, multiple locations, front, back and sleeves. Each additional screen adds setup, so the more colors the higher the per-shirt price. On large runs that difference gets small quickly.
Yes, and it is included. Send whatever you have. We will separate the colors, set it up for the press and send a proof before anything is printed.
As standard, shirts come in printer's folds of twelve. If you need them folded and bagged individually we can do that for an extra cost. Larger orders are split into their own boxes and can be sorted by size, which makes distribution a lot easier if the shirts are going to several groups.
Yes, free local delivery on select orders anywhere in North County San Diego. That includes Vista, Oceanside, Carlsbad, San Marcos and Escondido, the coast at Encinitas, Cardiff, Solana Beach, Del Mar and Rancho Santa Fe, and everywhere in between. No freight charges on qualifying orders, and we ship further afield too.
